This weekend we laid low not knowing if baby girl was going to make her arrival. We wanted to check out a combatives tournament on base Saturday morning but didn't get moving in time to see any fights. We finally found the gym just in time for the last bell to ring.
We decided to not waste a trip out and checked out a local renaissance fair. There were a lot of people there but it was fun to walk around and check out the booths. We spent some time watching the jousting and trying our hand at the archery. The rest of the day we laid low. I spent most of the evening with my feet up on the couch! :)
Sunday we headed to church in the morning and then grabbed brunch downtown afterwards with friends. The rest of the day I spent cleaning while Josh caught up on some reading. That night we had big plans for the grill but a lack of fuel slightly changed our plans. We still ended up enjoying a delicious dinner and watching some football.
Overall it was a low key weekend. Its been nice just to spend some time together before baby girl gets here and really enjoy life as a couple.
