Getting out of Illinois

I didn't realize how difficult it would be to switch countries or more so continents at the last minute. I fly out in 10 days and I am scrambling to get everything accomplished. This means more shots (yellow fever) when I thought that phrase was not humanly possible, rethinking my wardrobe, and every other little thing that pops up. Despite all these little glitches, I am so excited to finally get to Kenya and get started. Although not my originial choice in projects or destinations I am so excited. First step in international work = be flexible. Think I've accomplished that one...
